Privacy Policy — Marghetta

Marghetta is a free, offline app by CapedTech. This notice applies exclusively to the Marghetta app. The general privacy notice continues to apply to the website `https://www.capedtech.com`.

No collection of personal data

Marghetta requires no registration, creates no account, and does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. No name, email, phone number, or advertising identifier is collected.

Data stored only on your device

Recipes and settings are stored solely on the user's device and never leave the device. There is no server, backend, or cloud synchronization operated by CapedTech.

No analytics, advertising, or tracking

The app includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Marghetta is ad-free and does not profile the user in any way.

User control

Data stored locally can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app or by using the "Reset data" option in the app's Settings.

Sharing

When the user uses the "Share" feature, the user chooses the recipient and content through the device's system menu. CapedTech neither receives nor stores that data.

Children

The app is not directed at collecting data from children and, more generally, does not collect data from any user.

Data subject rights (GDPR)

As a data subject, the user may exercise the rights provided for in articles 15–22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, by writing to privacy@capedtech.com. Please note that, since no personal data is collected through the app, there is in practice no data for CapedTech to manage, correct, or delete.

The Data Controller reserves the right to modify or update this notice at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page, with indication of the date of last update.
